Frame The Design Challenge (Grab Food)

Week 9 Task
What is Grab Food
Grab Food is a popular online food delivery service that is particularly popular in Southeast Asia. The platform allows users to order a variety of cuisines from local restaurants and food vendors via a smartphone app or website and enjoy fast door-to-door delivery. Other than food delivery, Grab Food also provide parcel delivery service and transportation service. As a representative of food delivery services, Grab Food not only brings convenience to users, but also promotes the digital transformation of the food industry. As technology advances and user needs grow, we can foresee that service platforms like Grab Food will continue to evolve, providing people with richer and more personalized dining experiences.

Problems:
Customers using Grab Food regularly experience delays due to significant delivery time challenges. These problems are made worse by the increase in demand, which results in longer wait periods for orders to be fulfilled. Additional elements contributing to these delays include traffic congestion, ineffective route planning, and constrained delivery capabilities. These delays not only have an impact on customer satisfaction but also create challenges for delivery employees who are dedicated to providing high-quality service. To address these issues and ensure that Grab Food customers have a more effective and satisfying delivery experience, a comprehensive plan is needed to overcome these problems.
