 What are some of the problems bringing in new investors?

1. Unknown risk in investment 

While no every of the investor know what is the risk of the investment. New investor may not find out more before it start to invest causing higher risk to loss there investment. New investor also do not know about the hidden risk of the investment while only looking at the surface area.

2.Overload of information

Undoubtedly, some investors will lack knowledge, but others may possess much information, which might lead to anxiety, bad decision-making, or placing faith in the wrong people. While having to much information, it may cause lowing your best decision making and lowing your effort.

3.Limited invest challenge

Having little money to invest is another difficulty for novice investors. This only becomes worse when some financial products cost too much.

4.Not getting help

The majority of individuals would rather figure things out on their own and don't feel comfortable asking inquiries. On the other hand, beginning to invest without outside assistance is risky. It was cause by many reason such as, no trust or faith in the outcomes, Not knowing where to begin to look and more.

Week 7 Task An argument about whether Facebook overpaid for WhatsApp when it accumulated the company in 2014 for $19 billion raised doubts among the community. At the time, WhatsApp had more active users than Facebook, with over 450 million, making it surpassing Facebook's user base at the time  (Edwards, 2014) . In my opinion, I think that Facebook does not overpaid for WhatsApp due to a variety of reasons. I think Facebook paid WhatsApp the amount of money is because of WhatsApp's growing popularity, its potential as a Facebook substitution, and its assurance of independence and free of ads usage.  WhatsApp gained global recognition as a result of its extensive use.
